Liz Vassey's acting journey began at just 9 years old. Since then, she has been in more than 50 musicals and stage plays. The most well-known role she has played is Wendy Simms, a DNA technician in the TV show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She played the character for a period of five years. Liz was also a part of a variety of films, pilots and television shows. Liz is an accomplished writer, and has also had a long career as an actress. In her last season of CSI She was the co-writer of an episode and since then she has sold six television pilots and one movie which are currently being developed at NBC Freeform Universal Netflix and The CW among other networks and studios. Liz who is a long-time athlete made her director debut in the last few months by directing The Human Race. This film is a documentary about runners over 50 years of age. Swallow is a veteran of film and television performing a wide range of characters, such as a sleuth on Ringer and also a detective wife in Southland. In addition to her roles, she's also been a bank-robber and bounty hunter on CBS as well as a bounty hunter for CBS on The Odds. In addition to her work Swallow also played a mermaid and star in Shana-Sosin's independently produced film The Rift.
