Ky-ManiKy-mani has been gaining popularity with his untitled third album. Ky-maniMarley was created by Robert Nesta Marley on February 26 on the 26th of February, 1976. One Love starred Ky-mani as Kassa. It is a compelling story about the conscious reggae performer struggling with the corruption within the music industry. The life of the singer is altered when he meets a beautiful girl from a local church with beautiful voice. The film received a favourable review by film critics as well and film festival attendees. It is still unreleased in theaters. Frank Flowers directed the feature film Haven which Ky-Mani Marley recently finished. It is starring Bill Paxton, Orlando Bloom and is directed by Frank Flowers. Haven premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Additionally, Ky-Mani is set to reprise his lead part on Shottas II that will begin production in 2004.He was five years older when his father died and the voice of Ky-Mani will take you back to an extremely familiar location. The lyrics of his song, which take us back to the early days of the music explosion that was the best of reggae, reads "one love. one purpose. One goal." Anita Belnavis (Falmouth, Jamaica) was an athletic tennis champion. The word Ky-mani means adventure traveler from East Africa. Ky-mani means a man who live up to his East African name. Each album and every travel will be an exciting experience. The Journey, his musical journey, started in 1999. The artist was a multifaceted one with a passion for music and was searching for his unique musical style. Many More Roads (Grammy nominated) was Kymani's "traditional" reggae release. It brought out Kymani's mature self. Many More Roads and The Journey have been well received across the globe. This solidified Ky-mani's status as an artist who is independent. Ky-Mani's music is a blend of roots reggae layered over hip-hop R&B in addition to contemporary jazz.
